I feel my skin is tighter and more glowing. I use it once a week and there are plenty of crystals to do my face and neck more than just once over... it is very easy to use and I look forward to it every Wednesday! There's absolutely no mess and no cleanup. I don't enjoy having to reorder refill box and crystals every month, but oh well--it's still cheaper than having a facial once every month.
